Kidney beans are pretty solid.
Cheap as fuck, taste heavenly, gives you the solid shits, literally no reason not to eat them.

I buy giant bags of meatballs from Costco

I don't understand the question.

Lentils/beans (1$ per can)

Low fat cottage cheese (15g protein per 100 cal)

Basically what do you do to get your 1g per lb of bodyweight

Whey protein my dude

tofu, tempeh, seitan, beans, peanut powder

the rest I get from whole foods (plants)

How do you guys get fiber and other vitamins?
I obsess about getting 1g protein per pound of weight but I often forget about the other shit

Black beans are good too. Nice smokey taste and they make a really flavorful broth when you cook them that you can cook other things in like rice.

Beans are a good way to get fiber, protein, and minerals

edamame
lentils
black beans
nut&seed butter kek
hemp hearts
flax
chia
pumpkin seeds
broccoli
avocado

got tired of eating roadkill to get protein.

Nuts, greek yogurt, whey powder, hummus, certain types of bread have a lot too.

>How do you guys get fiber and other vitamins?
eat your vegetables ya dingus

1 bell pepper gives you all of your vitamin c and a cup of kale meets you vit. a requirements while giving you a shit ton of vit. k

Oatmeal for breakfast.

uh if you're worried about your micros take a multi

haven't you heard of rice and beans? It's a complete protein and it's cheap as fuck in bulk. Why do you think poor people eat that shit?

Yeah just eat fried chicken and spaghetti for macros and take a multi to fill in the rest

Im poor af and i second that.
I'm in college and all i eat is basically rice and beans + protein. Like eggs or chicken.
Rice and beans are always the standard for poor mofos

beans, my friend. Around 20-25 grams of preotein per 100g. Cheap as fuck, like 1€/kg.

also i find protein powder to be fucking cheap compared to chicken tuna and so on

>canned mackerel
>canned tuna
>smoked salmon

Greek Yogurt is the absolute best source of protein for the money. Don't be fooled by the supplement jew.

For 5 bucks i buy a tub of powerful greek yogurt (any brand will do, Your getting at least 22-25 per serving) with 25 grams of protein per serving with only 120 calories, and I eat for servings so it makes 100 grams of protein for 500 calories. You can easily get the rest in with a normal diet if your going for 1gram per lb of lean body mass.
Unless your a nigger and can't digest dairy.

Lamb
All fishes
Beans
Seeds

vanilla quark without sugar

>vanilla Quark

Looks like he's got plenty of sugar

That's some groovy birb you got there

>peanut powder
Is that like the powedered peanut butter I see next to normal peanut butter but costs like 2x or 3x more?

Vegetables and grains and legumes, ya dolt

> avocado
> for protein
what are you doing man

LENTILS
E
N
T
I
L
S

Plain greek yogurt (mix with some honey, add oats/banana/whatever). Also 99% lean turkey seasoned and topped with mustard. Eat that shit like cereal

Opinions on de-fatted flax meal?
>Nutrition per 100g:
>320kcal
>7g carbs
>9g fats
>38g fiber(!)
>32g protein(!!)

You can make mean savory pancakes with it or even bake semi-edible 'bread' if you mix it with gluten. It's kinda high calorie but to my knowledge only tuna, chicken, and spinach beat it in the protein/calories category and you have to eat like a kilo of spinach to get a significant dose.

>defatted flax
>whole point of flax is that it's got a lot of omega-3 fats

The tradeoff is twice as much calories.

>beans
>heavenly

jesus christ. i mean, they're good cheap macros, but come on, saying they're heavenly is vegan-tier taste.

Rice and eggs for breakfast
Rice and beans w/ chicken for lunch and dinner
I'd swipe an apple or something similar from the cafeteria if no one was looking (too poor for meal card)

Tinned tuna
Milk
Eggs
Chicken thighs
Beef hearts
Tinned mackerel
Tinned sardines
Beans/Lentils
Pollok

All full of protein. All poorfag food.

the foods i eat in order of protein content are (in order, highest to lowest):

>chicken breasts
>milk
>eggs
>tuna
>cheese
>peanut butter
>oats
>fruit+veg
>butter
that's everything i eat. if i could be bothered buying beans, i'd eat those too.

4 scoops, 2 - 3 times a day don't want to hear any of that once a day shit

Sounds like something to try. Where to find?

Now it's to got those protons

Greek yogurt is not a cheap protein source u fking rich kid. 5$ is probably only 2 servings if its a big tub. thats 5$ for 40g protein. I can buy 60 medium eggs for 7$, 2.5 pounds of chicken breast. kys

enjoy your kidney and digestion problems

I have no idea how it is around the world, over here you can find it in the "healthy food" section of the supermarket or just order it online by the kilo.
From what I understand there are two kinds, one where they simply grind the whole seeds, and the other is what's left over from pressing flax oil. Over here it's explicitly labeled as de-fatted, but your experience may vary.
The de-fatted kind is rated somewhere between 310 and 350 calories, the whole kind is 500+, that's one way to tell.

I eat nuts and drink organic whey protein.
I'm not a vegan I'm just to poor for food because I buy organic protein.

interdasting

those ARE the poor options you dip

jk eat beans

Bread, oats, protein shakes, milk, rice (to some degree), peanut butter and tuna. Beans as well, but fuck beans. Lentils are pretty epic as well. Soup is fucking god tier if you can make it.

It's easy to fall into the trap of eating all your protein in a big meal, or only counting the super high in protein stuff. But don't forget that if you watch it a bit, you can get 20g's, or even just 15, in most meals and snacks, and that really does add up.

My go to snack at the moment is two chicken drumsticks on baby spinach. THe drumsticks are about $5aud per kilo, and a bigass bag of spinach about $3. Not massive in macros, but combined with all the other shit I eat it's awesome.

Tfw your food looks like shit, but tastes pretty fucking good, in addition to being proton rich.

>whites
fag

>2 chicken drumsticks as a snack

I'm gonna look for it in my country's supermarkets, is it cheap tho? Like $ per kilo or 1/2?

is that fucking ketchup?

Siracha you noob

t. cooklet

>hemp hearts
>for poorfags

kek

>flax
>highest natural source of phytoestrogens

Enjoy your gyno faggot.

>he doesn't prepare his beans in chicken broth
>is completely unaware of spices

You have no business in a kitchen.

Yo teach me how to bean, all I know is Scooby's salsa trick and making homemade chili or burritos. I wanna become a bean master

Faurk are you serious I've been adding 2 tblsp of flax seeds to these every morning and my shits are amazing but will I really get gyno? I have a beautiful chest but I'm ottermode so I didn't think I had anything to worry about

This

No study has shown phytoestrogens to significantly act like estrogen in the body. Why you guys keep posting that shit I'm not sure.

This

Looks good, user, but please get out of my kitchen

Beans and lentils.

Ok mr rich man

Chicken and eggs are life. There is no substitute.

because gynoposting is all the rage

squid and salmon

>6 eggs and 1 cup of oats for breakfast
>face melting sulphurous wet farts all day

They're cheap and great protons but man fuck eggs.

when my protein has sales they offer some of the best protein/$ deals around

Nigga you high

salmon,tilapia,tuna,turkey,beans,whey,cottage cheese,greek yogurt.

Bean salad. Mix 4 or 5 types of beans with diced onion and bell pepper. Add cubes of feta cheese and Greek olives. Mix in salad dressing or oil and vinegar to taste.

Its awesome bud. Can be a meal on its own or a side dish.

Do you even cook?

>beans
>all that sodium

This is the advice you get on /fit

>I've only ever opened a can of beans

try cooking them yourself and adding your own spices/sodium.

Milk
Milky tea
Almost any cheese
Mommas milk
Cheesy mommas milk
Mommas bean
Cheesy mommas bean
Spunk
The list is endless

>It's not meat, therefore it must be bad tasting.

it's about 10 eurodollars per kilo around here, so not cheap at all

Bakka carnivores

I'm not made of money

whey isolate is pretty beast.

about ~75 cents per scoop, 25g of protein.

easily dissolves and is tasteless in a bowl of cereal (raisin bran master race)

Or make a nice fucking milk shake with 1 scoop, 1 cup of oats, 1 large tb of pb, tb of coconut oil, 1 banana - simple and tasty.

a.co/bWXwrsZ

Also, a multivitamin helps a ton!

Cheap & Good

>Most types of beans
>Lentils
>Cheese- Primarily Cottage Cheese
>Quark, Kefir & High Protein yogurts
>White fish
>Sardines, Mackerel, Salmon
>Any other cheap fish
>Hemp seeds
>Soy beans (no, it wont give you tits)
>Whey protein
>Many veg
>Sunflower seeds, flax, chia, quinoa, etc

>Greek Yogurt is the absolute best source of protein for the money.

Also ignore this. Greek yogurt sold in the west is high in calories and cost compared to better alternatives like cottage cheese, quark, kefir or prebiotic veg

Hell, buy kefir grains and you can make your own healthier and flavoured greek yogurts for literally the price of milk.

More protein, less lactose.

> Greek yoghurt is protein

Literally eating a 450g tub right now. 436kcal to 16.2g protein...

what are those premade meals under that pizza? if you know. that rice looks YUMMy

whey is easily the cheapest form of protein where i live

too bad it gives me cancer

t. soyman

20% fat ground beef is dirt cheap and a good source of protein both in terms of amino acids and price per gram.

Then you can make it in to burgers, meatloaf, bolognese, Sheppards pie and loads of other kinds of shit

Keep your chin up poor fag and work hard for Mr Sheckelsburg

t. Wage Cuck

low fat greek yogurt is the way to go

>Greek yogurt sold in the west is high in calories and cost
What? A big tub is below $5 and has a total of 480 calories with 88 grams of protein. That's pretty good.

This seems sarcastic but what's wrong with this?

>Milk has more protein than tuna
>eggs have more protein than tuna

Are green peas good?

Too bad about that colon cancer though.

Dumbass

Canned tuna
Canned salmon
Whey (is technically one of the cheaper g's proton/$ sources)
Lentils
Chicken thighs/drumsticks/back quarters
Beans

100g Jasmine Rice & Lentils boiled with star anese and bay leafs
150g Carrot, Celery & Onion with garlic cloves, salt n pepper
150g Roast Chicken

It's the first thing I ever did to try out meal prep and it's ultra lazy/time saving so I stuck with it. Basically boil 1kg of rice or any other grain, roast a whole chicken or approx 1kg of any meat, then steam/fry/roast 1.5kg of any veg.

Pour the fat from your meat onto the grain after it's done for extra flavour and/or calories.

And save the chicken bones for broth, or boil the veg in it. Or save the leftovers from both and make noodle lunches as a bonus.

I typically make 7 meals + 4 sets of noodles + 4 chicken bone broths, so basically dinner and lunch for a week for a total of £6 or approx £0.50 per meal

Easy to customise too.

A tub this big is ~$4 at the fiesta near my house. It's about 5 servings per tub, so less than a dollar per serving for 125g of protein.
