Tfw 5'9"

>tfw 5'9"
Grow, grow, grow

Know that feel bro

>falling for the height meme

>was 5'9 in grade 6
>am 5'9 still at 24

tfw 5'8" @ 18. Plz fit will I grow? What can I do to help my body as much as possible?

>6'3"
>look at arms
Grow, grow, grow

you cna take some supps and shit i heard idk if they work. ur not gonna grow like 5 inches maybe 1 or 2

>like 95% sure that I was 5'11" in high school
>5'9.5" now at 27

EAT MORE

must be all those squats pushing you down

I'm 21, basically still a child, it's not too late for me

BUT I'M SKINNYFAT, GOTTA CUT

I've actually wondered if it's from deadlifting since it compresses your spine or whatever

I'm 5'6"

>doing planks
>whisper "Grow, grow, grow"

it MIGHT temporarily compress the discs but they fill up every night anyway. thats why you're taller in the morning

WHAT SHOULD I EAT TO GROW TALLER?

I'm at an age where I still have a good chance. Also what exercises should I do? I'm just a DYEL that probably gets about 2hr cardio a week (don't play sports).

Read the sticky and come back when you're 18

>5'5" at 11
>tallest boy in the 5th grade
>5'5" at 21
>shortest boy in all my classes.

what did my genes mean by this? fucking middle schoolers are taller than me

no bully

This is literally me.
The worst part is remembering how it felt to be the tallest kid in class, and knowing it will never come back. :(

If you are under 21 try niacin (flushing kind) on an empty stomach. Just google niacin hgh

>5'4 asian manlet

:(

I was the opposite. I was always shorter than average at school, shot up to 5'11" in the last year of high school and now I'm 6'1.5" at 21. So glad I'm not like my friend who was 5'10" when he was 12 years old and still is.

>tfw 5'11
i know your pain brother

not so bad if you are asian, you are expected to be a manlet.

good lord man, I can't even imagine how bad it would suck being 5'5. I'm so sorry.

>5'11" at 14
>18, slowly squeezed my way to 6'0.5"
brehs what do

Fear the day you become old and sink back down into manlet status

>implying thats not the perfect height for optimal gains
5'8 is too short and 5'10 is average no advantage

>always the tallest kid in primary school
>manlet friends always say "you're tall now, but you'll end up short when you get older"
>end up 6'3 while manlet friends are still manlets

I'll really never appreciated my height or how important it is to guys.
