Thanks bro. For neck curls I did 3 sets of 100 with no weight at first, then work your way up to a 10 lb plate then a 25 then a 45 etc. I'd highly recommend bridges as well. Try to work up to sets of 20 assisted, and then gradually remove the assistance.
