What would be a good, heavy and nutritious breakfast, fit? I need to bulk up.

Litre of whole milk, peanut butter, oats

Eggs on toast.

I usually make a massive bowl of oats with whole milk and fold in a scoop of vanilla protein powder. Finish it off with some honey and serve with a small cafetiere of black coffee.

Then between lunch and breakfast I'll have 4 scrambled eggs and a slice of seeded toast.

Half cup of oats (300 calories)
Banana (100 calories)
4 eggs scrambled (280 calories)
with shredded cheese on top (120 calories)
Glass of milk (150)
Coffee with cream and sugar (50 calories)

Boom, easy 1k.

1 can of spam. 42g protein, 0 carbs, 1080 calories. Fry it in the pan, it's like thick bacon.

throw in a bunch of cheese (freshly grated if you want) on top. mozarella works good.

Country harvest makes bagels that are around 380 cals, 12g protein each. Load one up with cream cheese and have it on top of your normal breakfast, easy 500cal+
