how does it look if you go from obese 30% to 10% with steady diet and exercise?

Ive been lifting about 6 years, the goal has always been ottermode.
Started at 185cm and 53kg superskelly. Now same height but 78kg.
Never bulked or cut, always been eating maintenance or slightly below. Lots of cardio too.
The downside to otter is not being strong or big. Hit 2pl8 bench a year ago, only increased 5kg in a year.
Sometimes i do want to bulk up, but it would look weird because i have very small head.

No breaks. Doesn't matter if it's sloppy by the end. Hands have to touch the floor behind your head and then touch your feet for the sit ups. Swinging your arms is allowed if needed. Start off with sets of 10 rather than 25 and work your way up. Do it every day when you wake up and add another rep every day or so.
