So tell me why this guy hates upper body so much? Always so little volume for upperbody.

It's just the beginner routine. He advocates using triceps extensions to improve your bench and ohp and include biceps curls at the end of your training if you actually give a shit about biceps. Lots and lots of chinups and pullups too. Add weight.
