active rest is important. partaking in physically activity that is not lifting weights, such as swimming, playing basketball/football, tennis, etc. you do need to take a break from lifting weights at some point in the week. solid dedication though.

If you kill I hard for a couple of days in a row, then you will have to take a rest day. I do a full upper day, push/pull superset day. Then do a leg day, with abs, then take a rest day to recover. Today was my rest day, but i ended up doing some interval sprints anyways lol
