WheyHoBu

I have created the perfect diet.

It's based on IIFYM, but specifically designed to be convenient and affordable.

This diet consists of 3 superfoods, 1 for each macronutrient:

>Whey protein powder - 24g protein/scoop (I use Optimum Nutrition Double Rich Chocolate)
>Honey - 17g carbs/tbsp
>Butter - 11g fat/tbsp

Just melt the butter, and mix the ingredients with water in a blender to make a delicious and nutritious shake.

Because of the ingredients, I call this the WheyHoBu diet.

My calorie goal is 2500 with a macro split of 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fat.

Here's my WheyHoBu recipe:

>188g protein = 7.8 scoops whey
>250g carbs = 14.7 tbsp honey
>83g fat = 7.5 tbsp butter

I sip on my shake throughout the entire day, but you can drink yours all at once if you're doing intermittent fasting.

Pros
>Tastes awesome
>Affordable
>Easy to make
>Personalized macros
>All ingredients are animal products
>Makes grocery shopping easier
>Awesome dumps
>No food cravings
>Good for thyroid
>No gluten

Cons
>Might be deficient in some micronutrients (Easily correctable with multivitamin)

Blended with 2 cups of water

i'm actually kind of interested in this. the only problem i have is that much honey, does it not taste overly sweet?

It tastes good to me. If it's too sweet for you, replace some or all of the honey with oats.

why not add spinach, bananas and blueberries also?

Enjoy your trans fats fatty

Have fun shitting yourself. Literally zero fiber. OP you have to fix this or I wont become a follower

More than 3 ingredients makes meal prep too much of a hassle. Also, fruits and vegetables have a much shorter shelf life than the WheyHoBu ingredients.

Enjoy not hitting your macros, and having low testosterone

14 spoons of honey a day, dude enjoy having diabetes, doesn't matter how much you work out.

And all that butter, what the fuck.

Meal prep is hard after 3 ingredients, right now you are pouring all of them out of a tub, how fucking lazy are you?

I seriously hope you have a heart attack so a doctor can tell you that you are retarded in person.

As I previously mentioned, you can replace some or all of the honey with oats.

Oats have fiber

Sugar doesn't cause diabetes. Sugar cures diabetes. Read this and get back to me.

this is a much better shake to make.. you'll get much better results out of it too.. i drink 2-3 of these daily on top of the 5 prepped meals i eat daily.

1 banana
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
2 cups of milk

Feel free to add your honey if you must.

1 banana
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup oats
1 scoop protein
1 scoop creatine
2 cups of milk
14.7 tbsp honey

That seems like a really imbalanced shake. Way too many carbs. That's why mine is perfect.

Macros define your body composition, true, but micros define how well your body works in the long run. A simple multivitamin won't solve this problem, they aren't absorbed so well and you still need minerals, electrolytes, antioxidants and many more complicated shit that you get from eating more than just exactly 3 types of food. This can definitely work in a single day where you don't want to worry about food at all, but please don't extend this for more than a day at a time, nor do it often, for your own well being.

>he fell for the fiber brainwashing
Fiber isn't essential

>3 superfoods

>Whey protein
>Butter

good one.

How about

1 banana
1/2 cup oats
2 scoop Protein
1 scoop creatine
2 cups water/milk

? Maybe with some honey?

Cup of peanut butter? Jesus

I do something similar but less stupid.
I do whey, oats, peanut butter, milk.
I only use it for 2/3 of my meals though. I usually eat a proper dinner.

Butter is totally a superfood.

Only shake in this thread I would consider eating.

This other fat bastard is going to die if he keeps drinking his.

Whey Protein is too.

i love how i go down the list of ingredients and get to 15 TBSP of honey.
>255grams of sugar

I know this is bait but it still makes me angry

This isn't bait.
Has no one here ever heard of Bulletproof?
The company that single-handedly caused a grassfed butter shortage for Kerry Gold?

I'm hoping you're using Kerry Gold grassfed no-salt butter OP. That's the only good kind.
I'd personally add Green Vibrance to this. Only 50cal. Gets the vegetables you need.

where's the fiber in your diet? Don't want your cholesterol levels to spike... You guys should go through a month of your diet before posting it here.

Have you tried squatting with a healing crystal ion buttplug

I know, I can't even drink a shake with less than three cups.

Shake r8 thread?

My breakfast is one made from
200ml milk
200g banana (frozen)
90g (3 scoops) protein
60g fruit/nut museli
=
985cal
92.5g carbs
25.1g fat
97.7g protein

C-cup of peanut butter?

>Using honey for carbs
Honey is perhaps the worst carb out there in terns of glycemic index. Try potatoes or rice.
>oh boo hoo. I have to chew my own food

>not putting your potatoes in your smoothies like a man

>not putting boiled potato chunks in front of your teeth, closing your mouth, and then sucking them through your teeth
