I put the following in the calculator.
Neck = 38 cm
Belly = 83 cm
Waist = 87 cm
I'm 1.70 cm

Unless all calculators are wrong, they come with 16%bf.

Can start to see my abs, but they're surrounded by fat.

It's not how much it's what kind, do HIIT and LISS avoid MISS and you'll be fine.

63kg would be even worse. For instance, I'm 70kg with a 32" waist. Maybe you have really wide hips.

Pretty HIIT is not recommened in a fasting state, good way to burn muscle or w.e.

I do like 45 mins - 1 hour of LISS.

Wtf do you mean you are not sure about the weight..that is kinda important for determining how fat you are. Also those calculators aren't very accurate, people hold their weight different. You don't have much muscle mass so it makes it harder to guage your bf% as well. I'd say 20-25%

You're closer to like 18-20. At 16 you shouldn't have a big belly.

Calculators are inaccurate. Just look at pics or feel how much fat you have. You obviously have plenty of flap still.

I'd put you at closer to 22% bf. Doesn't really matter, you clearly need to lose fat but you really need to put on muscle mass too
