why do skellingtons always mention their wrists? correct me if i'm wrong but developed forearms don't make your wrists bigger
Emm, I think it's more a thing of they haven't noticed it's that their wrist is what's made them a skelly. They think it's because they don't eat, that they have small wrists, when infact it's because they have small wrists, and subsequently, small everything else, musculature and skeletal wise, that makes them small.
People will 6" wrists will never make it past otter mode natty. People with 7-8" wrists can be bears if they want.
>tfw smedium
>tfw 6.5 inch wrists and making minimal gains
>tfw 6'2 with 6 inch wrists
should i just kill myself
xs....
Small wrists generally lend themselves to aesthetics and bigger wrists to strength. Ankles are a better metric though. Worst combo is big joints and narrow shoulders - the nick wright look.

5'11 at 7 inch wrist. guess I am okay with this.
19cm reporting in
6'2" 7inch wrist
185 lbs
JUST
5'9" 135 lbs checking in. I don't mind being small, for now, but I hate being weak.
Fuck off with your 'aesthetics' shite.
Aesthetics come from muscle insertions and muscle belly depth. Not wrist size.
If you have 6.5" wrists or smaller, don't even try to achieve anything naturally, I mean it, you'll waste years and possibly even hurt yourself in the process.
>"LOL I can fit my hand around your wrist user!"
DELET THIS
>tfw wrist less than 14 cm

Nicw. I started 5 months ago as a 63kg 183cm skelly and this gives me hope to hit 2pl8 bench within the next 6 months (at 1.25pl8 atm). Just gotta keep gaining
And remember to follow a good program if strength is your main focus
