>tfw ohp 2 p8s for 3 resp
>tfw lifting for 2 month
>twf want to get that 3 plate ohp

2 months and 2 plate ohp? Shit brah that's good, I think it'll be a while before I get there because when I started I was only doing 80lb ohp

That's pretty good for only a month of lifting. What's your height and weight

5'10" 180lbs

OHP pr 130kg, but right now max is 122.5kg since dieting to 121kg from 140kg.

Ohp or push press?

50kg for around 5 reps

lifting consistently for the last 4 months. But really I've been going to the gym for roughly a year.

1.5 plate for 2 reps

3pl8 for reps, been lifting for 3 weeks

Solid effort mate

115 3x5
I did try 125 just because and I managed to squeeze out 3 reps
Might try 1 plate

no idea m8,have never tried and cant as no access to gym atm but i can rep maybe 5 or so handstand pushups

i weigh 135lbs

so i guess 140 maybe for a one rep max?

160lb ohp, bodyweight 175.
hope to reach bodyweight by summer

just did 100 lbs for 4x6 the other night, felt good. especially since i havent done OHP in months

goin to the gym in

how long have you been lifting? and are you 4'11 175 is stick bug weight at 6'

>Lifted for 4 months last year and hit 125 3x5
>became depressed, ate about 1k cals a day for 2 months
>picked up lifting again January 13
>back up to 115 3x5

175 isn't "stick bug weight" at 6' btw this dude is just so fat and out of shape that, like tumblr girls, he calls everybody that is less weight than him skinny

Last night (intensity) 150lbs for 12*2
Two nights before that 90lbs for 3*20 (volume)
I drop 20lbs and put 2 10lb bands on the bar and do the same sets/volume.

I did 120 3x5 after one month gslp. I increment by 5 each time, but may need to go to 2.5 in a week or so I think, because it's getting a bit heavy, especially that shrug at the end.

I'm 6'1, 210, 25% bf.

Failed 42.5kg 5x5, deloading to 40kg

>tfw 40kg is too easy but 45kg is too hard

couple years.
5'8, will never learn.

Can usually hit 135 in the 6-8 range.
