Question for heavy benchers.

What do your warm-up sets look like? I'm starting to get into heavier bench (current max is 255) and I'm wondering if doing too many build-up sets is hurting my chances at benching heavier. For a while it was 135 - 185 - 225 - 235 - 245, but now it kinda fucks up my 3 heavy set main workout routine. I still want to keep 225 in there as a staple but should I skip it and just go 135 - 185 - 235 (or 245, 255, etc once I start going higher)?

Reps don't have much to do with my question. 135 for 10-15 slow, 185 for 10, 225 for 8-10, 235 for 6-7, 245 for 4-5, 255 for 2-3, then a burnout set of 135.

225x10 is way to much for a fucking warm up. Thats retarded and basically a working set.

My max is 300. When I'm working up to max out I'll do the bar 8 times, 135 4 times slow/pause/stretch 4 times pushing up fast. 185 3 times, 225 twice then single 270. Then max. Rest about 15 seconds between each weight from bar to 225. Then about a minute each, then 2-3 minutes for my max.
Working weight now is 250. Same routine except I'll do 1 pause rep at 225 then working sets.

45 x 8 a few times
135 x 5 (sometimes two sets if needed)
225 x 3
265 x 2
295 x 1
315 x5

Go heavy right off the bat

Test that shit & let your body adjust.

I can bench 60(1pl8) kg for 5 reps and 4 sets, plus warm-up. But in OHP arms fricking die on second set an I'm only lifting 20-25 kg. How do I fix this? Just keep doing OHP or are there any extra exercises I can do to help my OHP?
