What's weird is completely proper form on a row machine isn't very easy and takes a lot of practice (I never mastered it), but if you do it right it's almost full body...not much resistance, but you still work your whole body minus your abs.
For fun, try it without securing your feet, it'll make you work on your form and fluid motion even more.
