Guys, I'm dedicated as fuark to go on a massive bulk right now.

I'm skelly as shit, and don't look my age.

basically i'm 20 years old but look about 15 due to being severely underweight at 50kg and 180cm.

I need to eat food I know, and I'm not difficult regarding that. It's just that I don't have the appetite most people do, nor the money actually.

Do you have any pictures that could be good motivation of people going from skinny to normal / buff, and any tips to eat a lot for cheap?

Get a job, save your pennies. You're going to learn how to cook - don't mind if you suck at it for the first few months, just stick at it (like your training. Stop making excuses).

Classics: Eggs, rice, whole milk, corn can be cheap and nutritious depending on the season/area, any veggies on discount (fruit counts too if you like it or your diet is starting to get boring). I like to buy green beans (great micro nutrients and cheap here), capsicums sometimes to mix it up. Stop buying white bread even though you're poor and it's convenient or what you're used to. Make prep meals - it saves you time and it's what an adults with busy lives (which you should have) do. Cans of tuna (don't get mercury poison - look it up), cheap cuts of chicken (usually drumsticks, sometimes thighs I guess).

Possibles: cheap mince beef, but not too much as this can be fatty. Skim milk powder if you need a cheat. Maybe peanut butter. Frozen packs of mixed veggies if you're lazy/can't plan/can't cook.

Read the fucking sticky, aim to eat 16-16 times your bodyweight (in pounds) in calories, yes it might be hard at first but just keep fucking doing it. Stop making excuses. Your stomach will expand and it'll feel normal in a few weeks, you'll even be hungrier after that period.

Lift heaviest you can for 12-15 reps if you cant do 15 reps lower weight if you can do 15 or more increase weight.

What i mean is that you need to use a weight that the 12-15th rep is burning super hard.

Wrong at first desu. Didnt gain much weight the first 4 months, but my bulk starting in september went well. Im still not strong, but im one of the better looking guys in my circle of friends / school, so im happy about that. I go to the gym 6 times a week now, 1.5 hours usually, PPL style usually to failure. Still got a long way ahead.

Worst regret is probably doing 0 shoulder warm up, fucked up my right shoulder. Lots of external rotation / cable shoulder braker / Band pullaparts is now the start of EVERY workout (5min) and everything feels much better now.

Gonna do a little cut in a month or so to get ready for summer

How's the diet?

Most important is calorie intake. Other than that, I take a protein shake on days that I didn't get enough protein. I eat a lot of bananas, they + coffe are a great cheap preworkout. I dont drink a lot of alcohol and try not to eat a lot of sugar.

Other than that I just eat what my mother cooks. For bulking, I ate a big bowl of noodles at evening a few times a week. But when I ate too late and went to s leep right after my stomache started to get irritated so be wary of that.

There's enough wrong with your 'routine' that I won't even bother pointing it out, but you're young and on the path so you might be alright. Just need to read more, user.

It's possible that this will change with getting used to eating more. Also, you don't feel the same way for all foods. You can look for foods that are more appetizing. Sugar, fat and salt are the prime ways the food industry is helping obesity epidemic get worse. They are also the most important ingredients in delicious restaurant food. Not everyone is affected the same but do check what kind of appetite you have when the food is extra fatty, salty or sweet.

Cook simple meals. Don't eat out. Don't wish for deliciousness, settle for tasting ok. Look at the calories per 100g of ingredients. Look at their price by weight. By stuff that gives the highest calories per dollar. Examples are rice, pasta and oats. With protein, look at the grams of protein per 100g of foods. Look at price by weight again. Buy foods with the most grams of protein per dollar. Like whey concentrate powder, eggs, chicken, soy groats, oats. Use butter and salt for flavor.

I eat two meals a day. First is rice with boiled eggs. I add butter and salt to the rice to make it tasty. Second is oats mixed with flavored whey, a table spoon of flax seeds and a little oil. The whey has sweeteners which make the resulting oatmeal sweet and tasty. I don't add too much water because the more water there is the more the taste is diluted and the more there is to eat. I get my vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fats from supplements because that's the cheapest way. Oats are my main fiber source.

I was in similar shoes, went from 94 lbs to 175 so far.

Working out will kick start your appetite, but it's a slow process. You can't (or at least I couldn't) go from eating 1000 calories a day to 3000 right away. Gradually work up to higher intake.

Chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta, oats are all cheap as shit (where I live anyway).
