how ya holdin up?

>roiding for this

Lookin' juicy senpai

6' 170 lbs

I would actually roid for this

Routine?

>6' 170 lbs

There is no way you're 170lbs and you look like that. Do you even train legs?

Just alternating back and forth between strength and hypertrophy routines. Currently doing beyond 5/3/1 with a little extra isolation work thrown in.

You wouldn't?

I get something like this everytime I post. Legs are lagging behind and calves are nonexistent, but I definitely train 'em. 335 atg was my max but I've recently switched to parallel in an attempt to get my squat weight up.

I was gonna say that too
That looks closer to 185lbs

>335 atg max

No fucking way.

I've got the optimal bathroom lighting/angles going on. I'm sure I look smaller in person.

What are your bench/squat/deadlift for 5 reps?

are you mentally challenged?

that looks perfectly fine for 170lbs.

just a reminder you are not a big guy just because you are >20% bodyfat.

but who cares about number on scale, all about how you look in the mirror.

Height/weight?

Still, you look very good for such a low weight
And that squat too, Jesus

Most recent 5 reps from 5/3/1
Bench- 242.5
Press- 167.5
Squat- 270
Dead- 420

Deloaded squat while I get used to going to just parallel. After squatting atg for 3.5 years straight it felt a little weird stopping halfway. Happy about how easy 270 went up though.

Here's where I typically get accusations of e-statting though.

guy's lying about height or lying about weight

i'm exactly 6' 170 lb and DYEL skelly mode

honestly, having seen this a lot i'm pretty sure what's happening is people 5'9" and up just round up to 6'

Obviously can't prove it over the internet, but I'm being honest.

Also, there's a big difference between 6' 170 lbs 9% bf versus 6' 170 lbs 16%, etc.

im 6'0 192

we dont look that different from each other

goal right there

what do you do for shoulders and pecs my man

Don't know what to tell ya guys. 167.5 without any food in my stomach right now.

Thanks.

Nothing crazy. Just lots of compounds. DB bench/flyes for chest. Lateral raises and Arnies for shoulders.
