Metal or Hip Hop?

Which serves you better in the gym, hip hop or metal? Personally I feel that hip hop provides a certain level of intensity while keeping me calm and focused. Metal is good for deadlift day.

metal or rock with a strong groove for squat
same, but heavier for DL
industrial, death, black or fucking heavy progressive stuff for bench
just about any of the above for pressing

jazz & blues are great for relaxing afterwards

Just picked up a few live discs of him as well as Dolphy. Haven't had time to sit down with them bc I need to get a new needle as well as get a stack of vinyl cleaned.
