A: OHP, Pullups, Squat (+ Lat Raises, Curls)
B: Bench, Rows, Deadlift (+DB Skullcrushers, DB Benchpress)

keep Squat and Deadlift fixed on their days, the rest switches around, so the next week will look like this:

A: Bench, Rows, Squat (+ DB Skullcrushers, DB Bench Press
B: OHP, Pullups, Deadlift (+ Lat Raises, Curls)

all main lifts are 3x5 except Deadlift 1x5-8, plugins are 4x 8-12.

anything retarded I'm doing that could be improved on?
