Vascularity is equal parts genes and low bodyfat, with only a little to do with lmm. As you can see in this comparison, even when I was a complete dyel at 125 lbs 3 years ago I still had crazy vascularity. I'm lucky (or cursed depending who you ask) in that my veins are pretty predominant all the way up to 15% or so. That's honestly how I know when it's time to cut, regardless of the # on the scale. Soon as the abdominal veins start fading = wrap it up.

Goal is to rep out 225x5 bench before college/end of 2017. Achievable? How do I get there?

this, I decided to work arms (including forearms) 1.5 hours a day 3 days a week and I have been seeing fantastic results. Us armlets have to put in extra work but it pays off.

For the love of God train these muscles in order of most needed to least.
1. Shoulders
2. Lats
3. Abs

ah ya, I misread your original post. you're def out of it now. Thought you had only recently started lifting.
I started at like 115lbs (I was shorter too to be fair) and gained weight steadily to about 140. (pic related). I know its not that impressive but at the time I thought I was jacked, definitely got a lot more attention at school and really helped my self confidence. Was really around that time I got "bitten by the bug" so to speak. It's why I'm kind of against noobies bulking in general, I think being able to see yourself with non-auschwitz mode abs and in decent shape can do wonders for longevity in lifting.

My story is pretty similar actually. I agree though when you first start lifting you can get pretty big gains without going overload on calories. I went from 135 to 150 without gaining much fat. Pretty much stalled at 150 for a long time until i finally started bulking properly. Just so you know bro, the average person would consider that jacked.

You are literally wasting your time. Implying you're working forearms, triceps and biceps for 1.5 hours. Try 40 mins instead and work other muscle groups in the last 25. 3 times a week is ok tho.

Don't work out longer than 1:15 if you're lifting cause cortisol.

Don't worry lad, I actually just worked the shit out of my arms. I used to do calisthenics 3x a week and really long distance running, and I fell for the "pullups/chinups are enough for arms" meme. Now I can do 21 deadhang pullups in a row and I have the arms of a 14 year old.
