I am always very careful to keep a nice back position during the deadlifts. I also usually do them after volume squats too.

As to the videos, sorry but no. Even if I didn't delete them immediately after to save phone memory, I do all my sets in my roasting hot garage gym in my boxers to keep an eye on my back, hips and knees.

I asked about upper body lifts though I wasn't clear in my first post. My DL is low but is now increasing well. My bench and press are slowing down, that's why I need the accessories.

What does slowing down mean? Are you still adding weight each week?

No, not every week. I miss maybe 1 in every 4 IDs on the upper body lifts. I have messed with volume and tried intensity day rotations (5RM to 3RM to 2x2 to 5x1 and back round again)

Practice with an empty bar until you get your form right. Add a little bit of weight at a time and practice maintaining form.

Well I hate excessively vocal lifters too especially if you can see that they just do it for show. But I've trained (although not for long heh) in gyms before where a bit of cussing or a short yell during that last grinding rep earned me the same looks that I would have got had I just dropped a fat stinking log onto the platform, and that shall not do.

My bench is strongest with a max width grip but I can't go too high volume with it cause it makes me get insane doms in my upper pec/front delt. Do you guys think switching to a narrower grip would be more beneficial in the long run just so I can do more volume and get stronger overall?
