How do you guys get glute doms? I thought I'd get them for the first time after I did 350 glute bridges but at the most I can barely feel it. I don't think I've ever gotten them.

The first time I did 100 reps on calf raises I had to walk the entire next day like I had cerebral palsey though. I had to hunch over because I couldn't straighten my knees.

Yoooooo, every time I do shrugs I'm in pain the next day. Thank god I have good trap insertions and they don't really need direct work to look good.

Anyone else not really get DOMS anymore? I've been lifting for two years and I just don't really get it anymore, even when I go to failure on my sets.

I'm currently dealing with calf DOMS, and it's worse than lat DOMS not allowing me to put my arms above my head.

I work my calves for 2 hours while watching TV and don't ever get DOMS or much growth
