Now i just need a 405 dead and a 225 bench to round out 1/2/3/4

what's your dl and bench at now? For me the squat is the only thing lacking for 1/2/3/4, had some hip problems. 1rm should now be 130kg, but haven't tried going heavy yet.

Dl at 385, I feel like i might be able to get 4 pl8 with a ton of caffeine.

Thanks, I've had a 1pl8 press since last april to be honest. I was a butterfly swimmer in high school, so my delts had quite a head start.

Trust me, back is probably my strongest muscle group behind shoulders. I hit it pretty much every day in some way

About a little over year from taking legs seriously, started doing squats last winter break.

I've found, personally, that I had the most leg gains when I had 2 leg days, the first heavy deads volume front squats, the other heavy front squats volume stiff leg deads

Only recently switched back to back squats, so I'm still kind of getting used to them

It could be something simple in your form. One little tip from a strength trainer could increase your bench instantly. Or watch more youtube videos and study the fuck out of them.

Massive bench = perfect form + strong back + shoulders

I'm at 1/2/2/2.5
Squat rack is always full at my gym and there's no extra bars for deadlifts so I only do them when I'm there at off hours and not often enough to move up weight.

1/2/3/4 is for reps no a single rep.

anyway, thats dumb. That means that someone who practices mostly doubles on main lifts will hit 1/2/3/4 with lower 1rms than someone who does sets of 8s

How do you guys estimate your 1 rep maxes? I only do sets of five but I'm at (for five reps each) 115/180/245/275 in lbs of course.

Also on an unrelated note my bench shot up like mad. Squat and dead have gone up ~30lbs but my bench has gone up 50lbs. All I want is my squat to reach 4 pl8.
