I do already cable rows, close grip barbell rows, pull-ups and dumbbell shrugs.
Which exercise hits them the most?

top this off with low weight but good form paused at top DB shrugs

Hold a heavy barbell with a snatch grip using straps for as long as you can take it, multiple times per week. Best to do it in a cage and set the safeties just one or two inches below where the bar will be in a standing position.

I like traps, I'm into pegging, but I'm married to a woman and am attracted to the female form. I don't think I could even imagine myself with a man. It's certainly bi-curious, anyone who says traps isn't a little gay is in fucking denial.

Power shrugs. I started doing them about a month or so ago and my traps seem to be visibly growing.

They're pretty fun too and seem to work my calves and quads.

I also ran out of weight for heavy rack pulls but I always feel the power shrugs to some degree the next day, and I'm losing more and more of my neck each day. Pretty awesome.

It's pretty much a hang clean but without it going near your shoulders and with a fucking huge shrug.

To simplify it's a shrug but with legs involved.

You can do a lot of weight. If you've ever done power cleans you know how great they are for traps. Now imagine how great more than double the weight is for your traps.

you're significantly increasing the chance you're gonna snap a tendon doing that because how heavy the weight gets. bite the bullet and get straps, mine were $15 and work great. Plus they last forever so it's definitely worth it.
