Why dont you just do a normal beginner routine?
Going heavy on bench will make you gain mass
Stop doing high reps and low weight, its shit compared to high weight, low rep

And for the same reason, I do a standard powerlifting routine - 3x5 of squat, bench and deadlift, plus 3 more sets of accessories every workout.

I'm running Madcow 5x5 right now because I want a 3pl8 squat, but the best way to get my current physique is to run an upper/lower split.

Start off every session with heavy compounds (bench and row for upper, squat and deadlift for lower), then do a few accessories.
