Practice standing 'correctly' - start in front of a mirror. Basically you'll have to thrust your pelvis upwards until it slides into the right position. It will feel uncomfortable but kind of natural.


Try to hold it for a while, and try to be consious about it at all times when youre not sitting. 3 weeks to a month later it will be your default standing position and you won't even notice
