I live in Europe. My general working hours are 9-5 but it's flexible so I can come in at 10 latest or leave at 4.

Ideal gym time is 40-60 mins. just don't dick around, don't do that whole

>Put fresh sheets on my bed every two days
>Take a nice warm shower

It makes working bearable. Seriously, fresh sheets and textured shower mats every day is so fucking relaxing.
