You don't ever have to eat 200gs of proteins. If you are bulking or doing a recomposition 150gs is enough. If you are cutting, eating more protein is beneficial, but again 200 tops and that is when you are close to your natty maximum and trying to cut down to 7% percent bodyfat to look like absolute shit.

The 1k club isn't a big achievement, and was never meant to be. It's a beginner lifter's first major milestone. 3/4/5 is more where you need to be if you do strength training and want to look good from it.
