Her paying for the PT is separate from paying for use of the equipment, that's like saying that the guy who paid 300$ for an over-priced belt and full compression gear has more of a right to the equipment than you.

No one has a right to tell you to not use the equipment in a reasonable manner: taking a couple minutes rest after an intense set constitutes reasonable use. If the PT offered to unload and load the plates so she can do sets in-between your - fine, or if he was nice about asking then it would be reasonable for you to help with loading - and that would be a favour on your part. Otherwise he can go fuck himself.

I asked and they said they were indeed waiting for me so I took a bar off a rack that no one was using and put it down behind mine for them to use. They looked completely bewildered that I dared to put another bar in the deadlift platform as if they were gonna get in trouble and insisted on doing something else. They then went to do power cleans with the small 25 lb plates in the middle of the gym, so I offered them the bumper plates that I wasn't using and they stood quietly looking at the ground. One of those guys was my gr.12 camp leader when I was in gr.9 on a school trip. He would talk to us about all the girls he fucked and how much he could curl, and here he was 4 years later tripping over his words and half my size.
