You only have 120kg there with the bar, dyel?
Richard is that you?? Just how long have you been on this damn board?
Call me Dick.
...
How much do I need to invest in a gym to get slightly bigger than ottermode?
I would give everything to have a home gym.
Except obviously the money that is needed for one, because i don't have it
Enjoy your spiders

>letting all your equipment get rained on
No thanks.
>implying I don't live in a 27 story commiblock
my cat eats them
1 half rack ~$200 1 adjustable bench ~$50 1 Olympic Barbell with 700lb capacity ~$50 minimum of 500lbs of olympic plates ~$350-$500
This is the bare minimum. You can add a platform, dumbbells, bands, ton of other stuff.
squat me ousside how bout da
>be me
>doing bench press outside
>starts to rain a little bit
>fuck it going to finish my set
>starts pouring rain
>practically lifting in a hurricane
>use all my will to finish last rep
>as I scream to raise the bar one last time
>mouth fills with water
>so much water
>I drown and die
Never lifted outside again, kinda sucks.
>implying you can't get a workout with
ITT jealous faggots who can't afford their own place, let alone a hone gym
I prefer going to an actual (non-commercial) gym.
The atmosphere is something you cannot replicate with most home gyms.
305lbs total. Plates are expensive. Wife works at a gym, so free membership for heavy liftan days.
Also, we fuck on the bench and rack. Blowjob during bench press = awesome.
Your motivational posters made me smile, user
that pic screams reddit
Not much, a couple dumbbells, a bench and a pull up bar
I usually play this on a loop to get that atmosphere at my homegym.

did your wife pick these posters user?
man murica is cheap af. i guess thats the benefit of having something like craigslist.
in my small yuropoor country the cheapest ONE SINGLE 20kg plate i can get costs around 50€
Not unless your a giant fucking pussy.
>305
So every squat and deadlift day you're at the gym? What's the point of having a homegym if you have to be away most of the week.
>implying he's not a powerlifter
Sell your faggy drum thing and squat rack. Get a half rack instead and use the extra money for some weights on craigs.
I just bought 400lbs + 2 barbells for $200. Now I have a total of 700lbs. Granted I won't ever use that much but they're nice to have when a plate or two inevitably breaks due to deads.
IT's nice. Here's one for example I was looking at last night.

Mainly looking at the 400lbs and 1 barbell for $200
the irony of that sheep poster isn't lost
Pretty much, yeah.
Wouldn't suggest doing this, when it's -20C outside.
Gym is also music room when we get hammered. Faggy drum is my wife's from her stoner days.
Full cage coming soon, but got the half rack and weights on craigslist for $200.
> Pitbull pic.
You know how I know you're a white trash ?
Jokes on you, I'm not white
End your life.
Now.
>Going outside
first I bang the drum.
then I bang your wife
>ncr poster
patrolling the mohave almost makes me wish for a nuclear winter
Ma nigga, you're still white trash !
>about -3 - +5 degrees outside around the clock for the last past months, snow every now and then
No, thank you.
>tfw you live in the South East of England and will never be able to afford a house with a basement or garage in which you can build a homegym.
>you will always have to wait for the squat rack
>you will always have to live in a flat.
I will, but not before I get /fit.
Most of the population around here lives in commieblocks anyway.
So move.
How hard is it to relocate these days?
I feel you m8, my home-gym is a pull-up bar I have to take down when I'm not using because my flatmate forgets it's there and walks into it
With my career I could relocate to anywhere in the world, however my friends, family, and girlfriend are all here. This part of England is the best too. I'm quite happy other than the >tfw no homegym
Ashford?
Ashford? Best part of England? Lel
Nah I was talking about the South East in general. I'm in Brighton currently.
ive been lifting in these temperatures for the last couple of months, you get used to it
its also nice when you not sweat as much
I live in the south East too. It's shit. I can't wait to leave.
Gymnastic Rings
24kg kettlebell

IMAGINATION
I feel like lifting in these conditions would be bad since muscle would be constantly stiff due to the cold and you wouldn't be able to warm up properly for any real weight.
