Pretty good, you just aren't lean enough for them to look impressive. That's no insult because the only time arms look impressive when %13-15+ bodyfat is if they are 17"+ given you aren't

Yeah unfortunately. my shoulder blades mobility is excellent because My lower Traps are small and flexible. The reason I look so big in the other pic is because I'm flexing and flaring. my lats fit nice and snug with room when my arms are down. Doesnt look as impressive but I'm working on it.

Irresponsibly deep and narrow stance squats. It just feels the best and I do volume bullshit now, never go lower than 5 reps.

How am I doing lads? Been training for about 2 years twice a week, cardio + weight training, not too heavy, I am still struggling with my diet tho, weights 194 pds, 6.0 ft tall thank goodness, sorry about the shitty pic and theatrics(I craft masks and other things)

Thanks pham, well I do tricep kickbacks which Ive heard are more of a meme exercise, but I also do dips , extensions...and not much more really, any tips? Ive got a set of 30 pds dumbbells and a barbell

What kind of routines do you guys do to build up your biceps?

Really frustrated with my bicep progress. Currently, I'm doing a heavy push/pull routine which incorporates bicep curls with dumbbells/barbell, tricep pull downs, tricep extensions with low reps but heavy weights (for me at least, for example doing 3 sets of 6 reps at 85lbs for barbell). However, I also spent a few months working my biceps with a bro split, lighter reps and higher weight.

Despite this, my biceps look like shit. My bench, squat, ohp, dl, etc are all progressing well and my body is improving in those aspects, but my arms in particular look like shit.

Any advice?

Hit biceps more often. 2-3 times a week
Bro splits are shit for pretty much every natty lifter.

So I can stick with the heavy weight/low rep route? I am trusting it, but I keep having that urge to go back to the brosplit with just arms only. But I'll stick with it then. Thanks.

I have 2 fingers space, and a very tiny biceps, but I can contract it pretty damn well, and I actually feel the extension burning when I curl.

You just need to use a good exercise and BE FUCKING PATIENT.


The short muscle inserstion is a MEME, it doesn't mean you can't get your biceps big, it just means you're limited.

If you have been working out for only a year then stop giving too much thought on this crap, it only concerns people who already achieved their natural limits.
