i just use mine to make shaved ice.

Kale+spinach+ice+banana+whey

blending gets rid of the fiber and makes the sugar spike huge,.....which is why fruit smoothies suck compared to fruit...make sure you get your fiber with them....
oats/honey/frozen fruit/ whey protein/milk/peanut butter....

If you don't drink chicken shakes, you're doing it wrong.

Juicing gets rid of the fiber
Blending can't get rid of the fiber where the hell is it going to go?

My 1300 calorie shake. You can add more milk so it's not as thick

1 frozen banana
1 cup oats
4 tbsp pb
1 cup 2% milk
1 scoop whey pro (30g pro)
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil

1 pound chicken breast
1 pound hamburger
1 pound vegan tears

...

It blends the fibers up. Think of the fibers of your shirt. If you blended it up the fiber would be gone. Same thing with fruit.
