Except you can have a large, defined jaw and low testosterone. Or high testosterone and a small jaw. Women with large jaws are an example of this, because even women with a ton of testosterone for a female would still have 1/10th the amount as the average male.

Additionally, this implies a large jaw has any evolutionary benefits other than people find it attractive. And even that could be based on social preferences, unlike height and intelligence. We think wide jaws are better because in print and screen, wide jaws look better, but that's not always the case in 3d land.
