user, here is some life fitness advice, when I say work on your glutes, it is a combination of flexibility and fitness, about being able to put your legs in flexible positions, keeping a lot of points correct (unlocked knees, 90degree angles etcetra) and being able to do feats of strength. There are ways the body cannot lie, if you had a fucking lower back, your shoulder muscles would flexible sink down below your scapulas, forming the spacing between your ribs and stomach. But since I can see those shoulders, it means your tight body is struggling to hold your arms, and you dont know what it means to hold something gently. Your glutes are " fine" when you actually PREFER to fall asleep with your back flat against a wall and your legs forming a perfect 90degree angle with your knees.

Nice attitude user! Here's some more advice, try meditation to be aware of the connection of your heels, hands, pelvis and scapulas this will be a nice shortcut to flexibility. While you're browsing, impose physical rules on yourself, for example, making sure your armpits are open, abductor muscles open, standing with your big toes parallel to each other and so on, studying the bones of the body and knowing what to use to reference yourself can net very quick results. Also, a great exercise is the bagua walk, google it.

sometime i walk in the snow with no purpose, hands and feet are very cold but i still know they are there. Then later I sit in the sauna (steam room) and think about how cold it was once and how warm i am now. It is a good example of the way our life can be. So maybe I can stay inside one day sit and stretch.
