I think your aches and pains may be related to warming up and mobilising the joints. Just a shot in the dark I admit, but maybe try getting autistic with your warm ups for a little while and see what happens?
I'd get a doctors assessment for the name of the problem alone, the id research how to treat it, and finally I'd seek a physio or something if I can't fix it myself. Probably the best way around it.

Use it lose it, just seems your joints need to be mobilised frequently. I mean get a u t i s t i c with your warm ups next time it happens.
People like Brett Gibbs are good to look at for an idea of a warm up, he does a hell of a lot before every single session.
