What would be the best "cruise" for looking amazing with no mental sides? I'm thinking 250test 300deca and maybe 250mast plus some proviron.

You can't call 800mg of AAS a "cruise." If you want to "cruise," cruise on something like 150 test, 100 deca, and 15 mg var. Even that would be streching it. But if you do lots of cardio, you'd look as good as the best looking soccer players (like Cristiano Ronaldo or whatever).

Someone asked last thread about running low doses of ten with TRT test. People were talking about dosages of 100-200 mg/wk.

I'm on (UGL) TRT now, so I'm curious. Is this a thing you can do for extended periods of time, or is it more of a mini-blast? Can you also do it with other stuff like deca/NPP or mast?

What compounds should I run for Ryan Gosling mode.

Just Testosterone? Maybe some deca and EQ?

Would 600mg test per week give me good results even with insomnia? Nothing crazy bad but I typically only get 6 hours or so of broken sleep per night and it has definitely harmed my natty gains massively

Do you get bad acne often?
If not use 50mg doxycycline a day and wash yourself after sweating, meaning 1 shower after waking up 1 after gym and one right before bed, benzel only one everyday or every other day as it can dry your skin out too much which will make you produce more oils to fix dry skin which causes acne.
Accutane only necessary if constant acne because it should be dosed by doc over 7-12 months as a long term near permanent cure, but most important thing is keeping estro in check.
T. Man with most horrific acne scars across chest you'll ever meet, literally $4000 to flatten and remover redness and will never completely fade, I was predisposed to acne before first cycle and used no pct or control because that one big guy at the gym sold them to me and told me its all I'd need 7 years ago.

Also a great cycle/blast that causes me minimal acne now is 350/350-400/400 tren e test e and 800mg eq a week for 16 weeks up, that much test and tren are at perfect gains without waste and sides and eq at 800 is perfect, I've ran test at 1.2gs before and the diminishing returns where extremely noticeable, most things are better kept at 500 or lower (bar eq and primo) and substituting the extra for another compound.
Also remember eq won't peak until like 8 weeks in, you can front load but from personal experience eq will only give bad sides from heavy front loading, I'd say same dose minimal of 14 weeks with 16-20 optimum for eq, if you don't wanna run tren for that long run npp first 6-8 weeks then swap for tren for last 8-14.

Priority after coming off is saving as much muscle as possible. Personally I would cleanbulk until test levels are stable again.

Its because they didn't get a decent from before juicing, and their bodies exploded from a funny shape+the high andro receptive parts of their body grew faster for on the very start.
You're body man do what you want bit people say 18 months or 2 years minimum before juice for a reason, do you know how hard it is to shrink shoulders whilst growing chest and back?
People don't realise how hard proportions are to fix, a lagging chest is hard enough, you'll be trying to keep front delts at bay whilst growing chest, slowing traps when growing read delts and back, getting bigger his without letting tris grow to much faster than them, growing hams faster than quads and smashing calces all day because they don't respond to test like the rest of your body does.
Also first 2 years natty are ez gains
