How are your goals going?

I'm fairly happy at the moment but still got a lot of work to do. Still very motivated.

Good work. I'd keep bulking.

I've been one year since April with three months off for injury.

Should I bulk or cut?

Do you want abs and to be cut or do you want to be strong?

I want to look good and have abs, but I don't know if I should delay instant gratification to keep bulking now and be even bigger when cut later.

just cut, you gain more muscle/less fat on bulks if you're already low bf%

thats just me though, im fat af and never bulking till i get at least 8% bf

cutting is dumb if you have noodle arms everyone thinks they'll look shredded after a cut but you just end up looking emaciated if you haven't bulked up a base of muscle

ty for the advice. I may give it a go. I am otherwise healthy but due to stress and all the sugar I have ate until recently I feel as if I have some chub in my legs and arms that won't go without a fight. my hope is that more consideration towards what I eat will help push me towards the body I want.
