Funny how American TV brainwashed generations into thinking cow milk and wheat cereal and wheat bread and sugar orange juice were *essential* to living healthy.

Most of my breakfasts consist of lean pork sausage and coffee. Sometimes, I'll mix in some Ezekiel bread and grass-fed cow butter.

Once a while, it's lean turkey and sweet potato. Problem is .... sweet potato puts me on the commode after 2 hours.

i just like cereal desu. i normally eat egg whites with sausage, a small bowl of chocolate cheerios with almond milk and a slice of ezikiel bread with butter and jam. it's so much food for only 400 calories.
