You're going to want to focus on going heavy as fuck on those glute bridges. Once you're doing your bodyweight (which should be quickly) just focus on doing as many reps as possible, rest for a minute, and do it again.
The other days of the week eat and sleep plenty, also run/jog/walk if you feel like it.
This will give you an excellent body. Until your chest gets smaller upper body stuff will be exceedingly difficult. Since you're a grill, it wouldn't do much for your physique anyway.

Seriously though, just read the sticky and bulk up. Biggest problems for girls is they're too afraid to bulk; you'll get slightly pudgy but men have low standards so even when you're bulking you'll be fine. Also girls are afraid to lift heavy. Don't hurt yourself but don't spend a year lifting babby weights and never progressing, you need to push yourself
