Not OP, but for me it's the bar

bar. every single time i lock out they both hang over the bar. it's getting painful and annoying

wider grip or closer grip. this will respectively highten or lower the bar so you wont hit dick. But since you were not able to figure that out on your own my actual advice is kys.

Have you considered not being an armlet?
Or you could move your grip in closer to your legs
