125g of pasta. Preferably wholemeal pasta, as there's less calories and less garbage/starch in it, but I take what I can get.

Boil that in some water with a tbsp of salt or so.

When it's finished boiling, drain the pasta, add ~100-150g of tuna to the pasta, and give it a stir. After that, I like to mix in some pre-made pasta sauces. NOT the whole tin though, only about 2-3 tablespoons full, and give it a good stir, and then put it back on the heat for a minute or two.

Easy as fuck tuna pasta dish. You can add frozen vegetables to the mix whilst it's heating up too if you want more nutrients.

dice potatoes and fry them in a pan with some onion, mushrooms, corn, broccoli.
then mix in a can of tuna in a bowl together with some sour cream

do you buy it in its "own water" or with sunflower oil? i dont know how you get outside germany but those are the options at aldi/lidl here. obv you drain the oil before eating, but its still more calories and fat than the other option. but i like it more so whatever.
my tuna dish recipe:
125 gr wholegrain pasta/or dinkel?
cook it
1 onion, 1 garlic glove, 1 carrot in the pan
add can of tuna
add one can of diced tomatos (40 c. or so)

et voila- i know it can not really be considered cooking, but i really like it.

there's supposed to be bones in it. they literally take a section of the fish, shove it into the can and cook it. there is nutrients in the bones and they are perfectly safe to eat.
