I went and watched some videos. A lot of variations of the bridge that was posted. Front and back.

If you're weak necky like me, you can lay on a bench with your neck off, and do neck crunches pretty much. Move your head up and down. Also side to (like 'no') and ear to shoulder.

Use a neck machine? Most gyms have one I assume. I've only been to 3 but they have all had one.
