Bench press. I don't like it because it makes me nervous going heavy solo, and the setup is everything. If I have one little thing wrong in my setup, I will miss at least one rep in my set. It makes me a neurotic mess

Fucking pendlay rows. I hate them.. They're my least enjoyed lift.

Barring that, close grip bench. My grip isn't fantastic, and I'm working on it, but it's not much fun in the meantime.

Just did Bulgarian split squats today and they fucking sucked.... But that just means I'm going to have to implement them into every leg day now.

I hate benching heavy by myself too. If you don't have a spotter, it's really hard to unrack the bar while keeping a proper setup.
