anyone else use this app? found it a few weeks ago, its pretty GOAT

wtf is it called you retard

Strongur

yeah I reverse image searched, i'm a droidfag so no go for me, doesn't seem too different from the rest

>not putting the name of the app in the OP so someone has to ask so you dont look like a shill

He's asking if anybody uses the app and their opinion of it. Obviously if you use it, you would recognise the image. If you don't recognise the image, he doesn't want your opinion on it.

Retard.

damn, you're right, my bad OP

never used it. what does it do?

tracks lifts, program volume/intensity, bf%, and it has this multi year 5 phase workout program that starts from a first phase thats basically similar to stronglifts or any other beginning routine, to more advanced bodybuilding style routines. it has an AI coach that recognizes progress and recommends accessories. currently on the 4th phase

Does it programme for you?

Or is it a diary? I don't need a diary, I'm not a nine year old girl.

>Or is it a diary? I don't need a diary, I'm not a nine year old girl.

If you're not confident enough in your masculinity to use a diary you can just call it a journal.

programs.

phase 1 is similar to stornglifts, phase 2 uses basic periodization, phase 3 uses DUP and reverse pyramid training. Im on phase 4, which is baiscally when it becomes more of a bodybuilding routine. its push/pull/legs hypertrophy then upper lower strength. programmes in two 4 week cycles that accumulate and intensity for a max out at the end of the month

you have to pay for that fancy routine?

it was like 15 bucks

what the fuck just happened. pls argue with him ive never seen this happen before

ever since they fixed a bunch of stuff, like not being able to edit previous days this app is currently the GOAT. Layout is still kinda clunky, but it definitely works for me.

The fact that it saves a history log of all your lifts so you can quickly check how many reps/weight you did on squats or whatever last time makes this great for Greyskull.

I think I need to mess around with it more to build my own routine.

Main annoying thing for me now is that it doesn't calculate your next maxes when you start a new workout, usually have to check the history logs instead of having them fill it in for you.

how long u guys been using it? what phase r u on?

Cant find on appstore, is there an android version?
