Yea whatw up
What is ur bench max
245lbs at 155lbs
I can only do 140lbs for 3 sets of 5 reps. I don't know what my 1RM is. Started lifting 6 weeks ago
nice bro, you got me beat. I'm doing 205 at 160lbs
I don't get that image
Weight means nothing without height. I'ma guess your 5'5"
I don't know my max but I can do 5x5 170lbs and I'm 6'3 190lbs.
5'10 168lbs
300 1rm
im 5"11
fuck im weak compared to everyone else
320 pounds at 225 pounds
Im a really real fucking noob
75lbs
how much do you weigh famalam
Exactly 100kg
Stuck at a plateau of exactly 2 plates
5'10 190lb BW
bench 275 as a 1RM, but I usually bench 205 for 10-15 reps
115kg, been stuck here since december-ish... bench only went up from 110kg during 2016 but still trying to reach that 140kg
im pretty drunk i was in the club when i posted this
285lbs at 175
the ghost is surprising the girl because he goes trick or treating when the girl has cancer
60 lbs
1x5 205 lbs
150 lbs
5'9
5'11 145, i can do 185 for 5 pretty easily, can anyone estimate what my 1rm is?
300 @ 275
>I-i don't bench brah, I use dumbbells, for like control, y'know. Plus it's harder.
305 at 186
Just hit 2pl8 for 3 at 6ft 230lbs. It was at 155 in Jan coming off a 3 month depression binge.
Have to start cutting in a week or so though.
What should be hurting/sore when I bench?
265 at 170
185 at 140
80 lb dumbbells 4x6
5'9" 163 lbs
lifting for 7 months
Some of y'all have to be full of shit, I'm 160 6' and doin 145 for 5x5. My bench is definitely weak, but there's no way in hell y'all are hitting over 2 plate at 5 lbs lighter and only 1 inch shorter than me.
365 at 205lbs
my thoughts too, these guys are all insecure manlets. I'm 6'0 @ 165lb and benched my new pb yesterday of 185lb for 3 reps.
85... :(
hate to break it to you, but you are both just weak. I'm only 5'10, but I weigh ~155 and my bench today maxed at 245 for a triple.
If it makes you feel better I have a hurt back and can't squat more than 225 right now without pain.
i honestly do not believe you at all
285 1rm at 156 lbs. 4 years lifting, never really tried to get a strong 1rm bench until the last 6 months or so.
youre only allowed in the hospital if you have cancer?
probably around 250
you are weak man, 185 for 3 was bad in highschool, you are probably coming in as someone who was totally sedentary before.
There were guys who were on my high-school wrestling team who put up higher numbers at even lower bodyweights than you. You are weaker than some 120lbs highschoolers.
165 lbs @
5' 11"
200 lbs
Weaksauce
Death feels cheated out of a victim when she gets accepted to St Joseph's hospital and loses weight so he collects candy on Halloween and delivers it to her to reawaken her beetus
5-10 180 bench 255 one rep been lifting about a year
do more upper work
275 1x2 at 240 6'0. Gotta lose weight, currently dieting and restricting carbs and fats. Bench was 245 in February.
And those 120lb teenagers would be around the top 20% for their weight of they could do that
Incline 225
flat 255
6'0 164
our team went to nationals 3 years in a row. So they were.
max is a spook
You re so weak you can't even comprehend his strength LoL
95 lbs, started lifting less than a month ago
80 lbs for reps, never tested my max
I'm a skelly
im doing sl5x5 and my bench is proportianately weaker than all my other lifts at 70kg for 1 rep, should i up the frequency to 3 times a week or would that mess with recovery?
you can bench 5x a week if you are that light man.
if someone said they're gonna shoot you in the head in 30 days if you aren't able to bench 1kg, would you bench 3x a week? or every day?
lol
100kg
>19 y/o
>5'10"
>roughly 155 lbs. bodyweight
>Bench is 3x5 180 lbs.
Is this good considering I've only taken strength training seriously for four months? It gets so disheartening seeing how many people at my uni gym can bench more than 2pl8.
Tbh my squat and deadlift are much more worrying than my bench
6'1" @ 190
Actual PBs
210.0x5
212.5x4
217.5x3
222.5x2
225.0x1 (program doesn't have me there yet, but I did it just so I could finally join the 2pl8 club)
250 at 155 and 5'11
>not doing both dumbells and barbell bench
never gonna make it
120 lbs, I weigh 143 lbs
5'10
180lbs
Benched 210lbs today.
Been lifting since June 2016.
>Did 215 for a good 6 the other day
>Can only do 225 for 1
>Failed 235 last time I tried
Anything I can do to focus on getting my max up? This is ridiculous
270x3 at 207lb bodyweight
5'9 172lb can get 205 for 6
Hit 215 last week after being stuck at 175 forever. Felt pretty good, not gonna lie.
440 1rm and I'm 5'7" 220lbs
325 at 6'2, 215 pounds.
Symmetric strength says I should be able to get 345, but I haven't maxed out in a while.
235 at 190 lbs. I do not train for strength however.
Can do eight reps of 165 lbs but at the same time I can chest press 75 lbs dumbbells which doesn't add up
275 at about 190
I got 365 with a bad rotator cuff last week at 205lbs. Managed to get 315 for 2 on incline bench as well. Been lifting for a while though.
me neither
40*25 so thats about 1 ton i guess im pretty strong
1 pl8 (135 lbs) for 3 sets of 5 reps
around 152 ORM according to online calc
Might be psychological, when I first got to that ballpark I plateaued HARD being unable to do 2plate because the giant slab of weight on each side of me was intimidating even though it was technically only 5 extra pounds from what I knew I could do.
is it really psychological? i legit feel like each plate might be missing a little bit of weight so when u change from multiple plates to fewer-bigger ones it weights way more >:0
I have a shoulder separation and I've never benched and someone told me I should try benching underhand first
am I going to get laughed at for this?
> he doesn't count the bar
2 plates is 120 my nigga
When you feel you reached your limit, keep going with lighter weight
The bar doesn't weigh 40 kg.
90lbs - shoulder issues
please kill me
285 at 238. Fuck now I feel like I need to bench more even though I'm cutting. It's getting tough to hold onto these gains.
or the plates dont weigh 25 kg
>340 Touch and go
>315 w/ pause
@ 215 lb
Getting a new max is always nice but ive never felt better than when i first hit 3 plates.
72kg and just did 80kg for 5 reps
Simple maths user; If
>1 plate = 60kg
Then
>2 plate = 120kg
>3 plate = 180kg
115 at 143, been lifting for 4 months now too so I must be doing something wrong
Bar 20kg
Plate 20kg
You're a fucking genius
6'2 currently repping 185 for 5.
No idea what my actual max is cause I always work out solo.
As of today 205lbs at 220lbs, proud of it, been having trouble getting past 190 for the past 3 months. Added push ups to my routine and progress has been going great.
6foot 210lbs
i bench 5 sets of 5 @115lbs
i have been doing this for years
im so weak and i try real hard. i have joint issues and my knees and shoulders get injured a lot.
i'm jelly of these other numbers
110 kg
> do you only use one plate you retard?
twox20kg plates + the bar = lmao1plate
230 @ 155
5x165, I weigh 145 pounds.
I'm short senpai.
You should murder who ever told you that.
lol liar. no way your bench is that at that weight.
6'1 175 and benching 245x5, but I'm weak af with volume for some reason.
202 at 145 5'7
5'9", 180
215
1rm calculators and Symmetric Strength estimate I could do 225 but I haven't tried it yet
