What is the point of sumo?

Is it just to give those who are weak at DL a mechanical advantage over their normal proportions? All the best deadllifters do conventional.

It has the same problems commented on yesterday.

I know that feel. My femurs are exactly the same length as my torso. Squats would look like a good morning but I chose the path of excessive forward knee travel instead.

Unfortunately my arms are a little shorter than average so I can't even take advantage of the long femurs by putting everything in a massive deadlift. Short torso then limits my arch in the bench.

My poor truck died its forever death. Oil pump seized at hwy speed and starved my engine before I could stop and pull over. Entire engine seized up and it's a big ol POS so it's not worth the $$$ to rebuild.

My preference / thinking is just that if Im not doing anything hamstring related, id benefit from getting the larger rom of the deficit. itll also make me more of a man.

I would seriously recommend though, if you're not abstaining from hammie work for injury reasons, that you do both switching in and out. I'm a.big fan of all deadlift variations myself
