I'm 6'2. I started at 152 and hit 177, cut 15 pounds and now I'm up to 170 again.

I do calisthenics and run so no lifts. Did 18/6 IF for the whole time if it matters.

handstands, muscleups, pushups, flips, sprints and variations of those on bars/rings. I'll post my routine but I don't count sets/reps.

Really focused on developing strict form and strength for the first 15 months, and ate alot. Then started spicing things up and adding intensity. Wish I started taping myself earlier to get over my ego and work on my form. pic related is my shitty backflip I thought was hot shit for a bit.

And it took 4 years

I've been doing a ppl routine and switched my first push day to a chest/tris and moved shoulders to the leg day. I may do that with theother push day or try some dumb split that allows me to hit it 3x a day. Honestly idk if it a problem with routine or I just got cucked hardcore on chest genetics because even was I was a 240lbs fatty I had absolutely no mass on my chest.
