My cut diet and normal diet are the same: Chicken breast, rice, oatmeal, greens, whole wheat bread, fresh fruit, peanut butter, whey powder.

I eat nothing but meat, eggs, milk and salads on cuts. Aside from the salads, those are my favorite foods anyway, so I'm not really missing anything.
