Whey protein, super important
Fish oil, important, take 3 daily
Multivitamin - take 4 of em a day
Test-e, kinda helpful, 550mg/week
Equipoise, 650mg/week
Arimidex, .25-.5 E3D
Creatine - keep around the house to tell DYELs how you got so big.

Creatine is really the only thing that everyone would benefit from. Everything else is situational at best.

Eg even whey powder. Are you getting enough protein from food? (you DO know how to calculate this, right?) If you are, then there's no point in supplementing it.

BCAAs: There are some specific situations where they can be useful, such as IF, but otherwise they are just expensive protein powder.

And so on...

water

Adderal
Wellbutrin
Ephedrine
Fenugreek
Yohimbine

Freeze dried fmt
Activated almonds
Flu shot
Bull piss
Homeopathic water.

Test e
Arimidex
HCG
Whey
Creatine

Should I take multivitamins and fish oil if I only eat beans and potatoes everyday? All the articles say they're a meme because I get the vitamins anyway from what I eat, so I'm confused.

magnemium
vitamin d in cold months (boo cold months!)

Yes.

>Vitamin D

Get vitamin D if you live in the northern hemisphere my dude, it cures depression better than SSRI'S
>just in case

>Eg even whey powder. Are you getting enough protein from food? (you DO know how to calculate this, right?) If you are, then there's no point in supplementing it.
it's not really possible to get >=2g/kg protein just from food and eat healthy or environment friendly.

ZMA
BCAA
L-glutamine
Zinc
Test booster tablets

>Melatonin
does that have any negative effects long-term?

>BCAA
do they do anything?
when would you use them?

>beta alanine
>citrulline

>beta alanine
Gives your muscles a pump and makes your face itch

>l glutamine
Great for digestive tract, stimulates growth hormone

>l carnitine
Is okay, it makes your body burn fat or something. I just got some lab grade carnitine, makes me feel really hot.

It accelerates hair loss. If you don't have an aggressive hair loss gene, you're fine. I've been taking it for over a year and my hair is as thick as when I started.

I've been using whey for years for the obvious reasons. I actually just started using some Animal Flex packs for joint support because my left elbow, shoulder, and hip have been bothering me for months. It's been about a week now and that aching is almost completely gone. I don't even creak as much anymore.

Oh man, that stuff is heavy stuff bro

I'm looking into investing in some supplements. My main thing is low-end-of-average testosterone. It's making it pretty hard to make any gains, and I know I'd benefit from having it up around 600+serum levels.

So far I'm looking into DIM to free up the bound T and inhibit estrogen conversion.
BCAA was also on my radar, but need to know more about it.
There's also a bunch of which doctor supplements like ginkgo, tongkat, fenugreek.

Does anyone have experience or knowledge about any of these or anywhere else to look?

Read the ingredient list and tell us the first 4 ingredients. I want you to read them and really think about your life choices.

Glucose syrup, sucrose, water, gelatin

>sugar
>sugar

>sugar
Healthy as fuck breh

There's more sugar in the protein you drink.

>SUGAR

So everyone's Top choices here are:
