Just pick up a sport or physical hobby and build your workout regime around that. Getting good at something feels great. Trying to get shredded is the least efficient way to get women anyways: a fat wallet, good conversation skills and basic hygiene will get you laid more consistently than a muscular physique. Not to mention that having a hobby or playing a sport gives you shit to talk about to make conversation easier.
Looking at life and social dynamics through the lens of the beta/alpha/chad/stacy rhetoric cockblocks yourself AND stops you from making it. Dropping that autistic, self defeating mindset is one of the most important gains you can make. Good luck op.
