Tfw I'm closer to a 1 plate OHP or a 2 plate Bench than I am a 3 plate squat or a 4 plate deadlift

>Tfw I'm closer to a 1 plate OHP or a 2 plate Bench than I am a 3 plate squat or a 4 plate deadlift
How does this happen?

80kg squat, 80kg bench, 106kg dl and 44kg ohp
74kg bw
we're special user-kun

>tfw i'm closer to 2pl8 bench than i'm to 2pl8 squat

My bench is slowly moving up to 100 kg, yet I have been on 100 kg on deadlifts for what feels like eternity now, I even started doing starting strength to make my weak ass deads and squats stronger, but the more I get into it the more I realize that this is all god's plan. He gave me long femurs just for the lulz.

Same here tbqhfa

nigga im getting close to 1pl8 ohp and im still stuck at 1pl8 binch, 200lb squat, and 2pl8 deadlift

and my shoulders are still small

100kg back squat, 80kg front squat, 55kg OHP, 77,5kg bench, 110kg deadlift for 5 reps.
I look good but what the fuck? Stopped back squatting since I have some pain in the left hip and it strains my lower back more than FS. I prefer them anyways, my core is burning like hellfire after im done with them

I started doing those meme leg raises that Athlean-x and Kinobody keep doing where you swing your legs all the way up to the bar in order to make my core stronger. I also have started to train my lower back more, I always thought that my main issue was a weak core but I still struggle with hitting ass to grass with 80kg on back squats.

>tfw 3pl8 squat for reps, 170kg 1rm in wraps
>tfw deadlift 1rm above 4pl8
>tfw binch 1rm at 97.5kg

your main issue isn't a weak core, your main issue is a low squat.

until you're squatting about 4plate you don't need to worry about imbalances or specific weaknesses as much as simply squatting to get to the bigger numbers.

>tfw less than a 1/4 pl8 away from 1pl8 OHP and 4pl8 deadlift
>tfw 1/2 pl8 away from 3pl8 squat
>tfw 3/4 pl8 away from 2pl8 bench

It sounds like you are running a bro split.

I usually alternate between following a brosplit and a masochistic full body routine where I train for about 90-100 minutes per workout. I started doing SS recently though because I realized that both the routines that I followed were shit, at least when it comes to strength. No wonder why Zyzz had to start roiding, his brosplit routine is fucking terrible.

>tfw bench and squat staled.
>147x5 squat and 107 bench.
I will start a creitine cycle in next Wednesday gains should be on it's whey

The actual one is ok for intermediate lifter who don't' want to gain any more weight just gain aesthetics.

I'm at 1-2-2-3.
Guess I have weak legs.

>1pl8 strict ohp for 2 reps
>bench is 1.5pl8 for 1
>squat is almost 3pl8 (130kg) for single
>deadlift is 4pl8 for single

I literally hate benching and prefer weighted dips by far

because your body doesn't care about the arbitrary standards aligning to the perfectly whole and consecutive numbers 1/2/3/4 created by a chinese porn board

For me, i ohp 1pl8, bench 80kg, squat 85kg and dl 115kg.
People said it was easy to increase dl but my legs shaking like a newborn calf's everytime i did heavier weights.

you have weak posterior chain

nuke your glutes and hamstrings with exercises everyday

not even kidding

>he's not 1/2/4/4 master race

70kg OHP, 2 plate Bench, 3 plate squat and been stuck on 3 plate Deadlift for what feels like eternity after advancing on it fastest. I just want to make the ground shake in the gym when I deadlift.

>Tfw I'm closer to a 1 plate OHP or a 2 plate Bench than I am a 3 plate squat or a 4 plate deadlift

fucking how

have you tried sumo? might fit you better

stop doing regular deadlifts. you have options

raise the bar higher off the ground
sumo deadlifts

rack pulls to assist

A-Are you making fun of me?

I ask myself the same question, only lift I've ever injured myself on too when I took a break from lifting and tried to literally pick up where I left off.

I've added snatch deadlifts and Romanian deadlifts into my routing, hoping that diversifying a bit will let me progress. Don't really want to entertain the idea of Sumo deadlifts!

>tfw started 5/3/1 in September
>deadlifts went up from 1x150 kg to 1x180 kg
>squats only increased from 5x120 kg to 5x125 kg

>50 kg OHP
>120 kg bench

literally candito mode

1-2-3-4 is not even close to good. 2-3-4-5 is the baseline for being decent.

2 plate strict OHP is elite tier while 3 plate bench is advanced at best

more like 1.5/3/4/5 or 2/3.5/4.5/5.5 if you want to stay proportional

I'll accept that.

and upon second inspection, it's rather

2/3.5/5/6 for someone that trains evenly

>no qtddtot to ask my stupid question

my goals are 1/2/3/4, on a 3x5 routine with weighted chins instead of rows
I'm getting 2000 calories & 108g protein and only increase kcal when I'm struggling to gain strength

is this a good way to approach it? surprisingly I've been gaining strength on 1700 calories up until recently where I felt I needed to increase
I just want to minimize fat gain

This.

Most people can never reach 2pl8 ohp. That's more equivalent to a 3.5 - 4pl8 bench.

I have long femurs 18, 66kg 1.75m training for over a year and can squat 120kg max. You have no excuse

1/2/3/4 are completely arbitrary, those are only milestones because they are consecutive numbers

1pl8 OHP is generally not proportional to a 2pl8 bench, which is generally not proportional to a 3pl8 squat, which isn't proportional to a 4pl8 deadlift

the relative difficulty of any of these lifts depends entirely on the lifter and their proportions, athletic background, etc

someone who has been doing pushups their entire life and has short little arms is going to hit 225 bench long before they hit 405 deadlift, and someone who resembles a stickbug may hit 405 deadlift in a few months and 225 bench will take much longer

stop thinking you are supposed to hit 1/2/3/4 milestones simultaneously, you're retarded

same. 120 OHP, 190 bench, 260 squat, 245 deadlift. why cant i deadlift

What version of 5/3/1 are you running? Squatting 1x or 2x per week?

How much is a plate?
Is that 45 lb?

the standard version of 5/3/1 is an extremely bad program, it basically has one working set a week

really only the deadlift can progress with that little volume, so this is no surprise

do beyond 5/3/1 if you have not already, or n-suns 5/3/1, or just a different routine completely because 5/3/1 itself is mediocre as shit

Yea

>tfw 15 more lbs until 1 pl8 ohp
>still an eternity to go for 2/3/4

The newer versions of 5/3/1 are decent with the addition of Joker sets and FSL 5x5@80%

Tfw 120 ohp
155 bench
230 squat
285 deadlift

>3 plate bench for 5 reps
>3 plate squat for 3 reps

how did it get like this

>after 3 months

82.5kg squat, 87.5 dl, 47.5kg bench and 30kg OHP

>tfw 195cm and started skellymode with 0 muscle on upper body

Hey, I guess It's better than not being able to bench the bar, right?

A...am I gonna make it?

bumpan for this
