3x5 OHP @ whatever, RPE 7-8ish
3x5 pendlay rows
>Friday
Squat 5rm
Bench 5rm
DL 5rm
Facepulls, lunges, OHP, leg press, rows: whatever you feel like, for some extra volume

Cellulite immediately disqualifies you for THICC status

apparently cala tested it on 2-3 girls successfully and tweaked it based on that. You'd have to ask people on Veeky Forums if they've done it before though. The only thing I've heard about it was that he apparently didn't mean donkey kicks, he meant glute extensions on a machine or cable

Glute bridge every other day
Leg press every day
Leg extension every day
Leg curl every day
Ab wheel and crunches every other day

Eat at caloric surplus. Take anavar for 6 weeks for a head start.
Dont train upper upper body unless you want shoulders like a man.
Grow your hair long.

This is the modified greyskull lp that I have all the girls I get into lifting do:

Mon:
2x5, 1x5+ Barbell Hip Thrusts
2x5, 1x5+ T-Bar Row / Pause Barbell Bench
3x10-15 Lying Leg Curl

Wed:
2x5, 1x5+ Barbell Back Squat
2x5, 1x5+ T-Bar Row / Pause Barbell Bench
1x5+ Deadlift Variation

Fri:
2x5, 1x5+ Barbell Hip Thrusts
2x5, 1x5+ T-Bar Row / Pause Barbell Bench
3x10-15 Lying Leg Curl

The absolutely most important factor for her to get an ass (I've gotten three different girls a big ass from nothing over the past 3 years) is to get them to go heavy on the barbell hip thrusts.

The three girls that actually got assess where the ones who lifted heavy (320, 275, 350 Hip Thrusts).

Exercise is definitely important to getting a nice thick figure. Having muscle under the fat makes it hold its shape better and form into smooth curves rather than lumpy droops

Not even same person, hell my comment said OP is a fat pig, but a majority of women absolutely havr cellulite and it doesnt necessarily have anything to do with fat. Its because female skin is physically structured different than male skin- its why its softer, but also gets cellulite. Even size 00 models will have it, they just hide that shit shot in photos etc. With lighting and make up
